The first even 'Friday Night Live' is now history. A good house for a first-time event. About 60 people enjoyed four musical acts from the Sunshine Coast. The Legion had been transformed into a nightclub. There was a great vibe.

After the four sets, a jam session erupted.

The roster for the next TWO Friday Night LIve's has been set. So if you're interested in performing, it'll be after the new year. But do register.

If you're interested in performing, call Sandy Bellamy at (604) 741.1122 or Michael Lacoste at (604) 886-9747. The target date is the third Friday of each month. This fall's dates will be October 19th, November 16th, and December 14th, 2012. (The 14th isn't the third Friday, but with Christmas and the end of the Mayan Calendar, it seemed like a good idea.) Music starts around 8:30pm. The event runs to around 11:00pm.

Cover charge is $6.00 / $4.00 for members of any Legion.
